Capital Markets Board of Turkey, Vice Chairman
Bora Oruç received his BSc. in Economics from Middle East Technical University in 1999. The same year he started working for the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, served in various departments and held different positions. Since April 2014 he has been working as the Executive Vice Chairman covering the areas of responsibility from the regulation and supervision of public companies to financial instruments, investment firms, institutional investors and market infrastructures. He is a member of G20 Financial Stability Board Standing Committee on Regulatory Cooperation and is also the Chairman of the Board of Central Securities Depository of Turkey. Mr. Oruç holds an MBA degree from Cambridge University.
